Roasted Tomatoes On The Vine

This is my new favorite thing to make for an appetizer, snack or a side dish to any meal. First thing is first they are beautiful and they add color to a meal, as well as looking a little more done up because they are on the vine. Not only do these look great and taste AMAZING but they also are as simple as anything can get.

All you need are the tomatoes on the vine, garlic powder, olive oil or in my case your MISTO sprayer, salt and pepper.

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray  a small baking tray with your misto and put as many tomatoes on the vine as you would like on the tray. Spray the tomatoes with your misto and sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are at your desired consistency.
